Corporate Background
UniSZA Holdings Sdn Bhd (UHSB) was incorporated on 12 September 2012 in Kuala Terengganu. The establishment of UHSB is in line with the requirements of the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE), under the field of financial autonomy and income generation which requires each University to increase revenue by more than 30% of the operating budget by 2020. (Speech by the Minister of Higher Education on 26 January 2012 New 2012). UHSB operates at University Sultan Zainal Abidin (UniSZA), Gong Badak Campus, 21300 Kuala Terengganu, Terengganu Darul Iman.

To be a dynamic investment entity that supports the sustainability of resources to the University.
MISSION
Expand business efforts in strategic sectors through subsidiaries to generate long-term income for UniSZA as well as complement the commercialization of products in UnisSZA services.
Our Subsidiaries
UHSB is the holding company with all business dealings carried on by the subsidiaries. UHSB is managed centrally. All matters relating to finance, administration, information technology and human resources are handled by UHSB. Subsidiaries conduct business such as sales, supply, agriculture, property development, consulting and so on.
